Job Description We are hiring Molding Operator , to support manufacturing and production operations in Columbus, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine production tasks, including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMP, and ISO 9000 requirements.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards and production specifications are met.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
Follow written instructions, perform basic mathematical calculations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Rotate between production tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is strongly preferred.
Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to read, write, understand, and follow instructions in English.
Basic math and documentation skills.
Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and flexible or extended hours.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
