In this vital overnight contractor role, you'll assemble, package, and label medical products while operating in a cleanroom environment. You'll play a key part in maintaining product quality, ensuring safety, and supporting continuous improvement. [Responsibilities]

• Assemble, package, and label medical devices per GMP and SOP standards
• Operate manufacturing equipment and execute tasks following documented procedures
• Review and complete batch records, production logs, and reports with precision
• Conduct visual inspections to uphold quality standards
• Meet daily production targets and monitor performance metrics
• Handle materials and dispose of non-conforming products per established protocols
• Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with 5S and cleanroom requirements
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate issues, deviations, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
• Support calibration, validation, and training activities for continuous team and process improvement

[Required Skills and Experience]

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum three years experience in manufacturing or production
• Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Skilled in performing visual inspections and documenting results
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet operational goals
• Consistent attention to organization, cleanliness, and safety
