Shift: Second Shift, Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Training Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM for 4 weeks
Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Job Description

We are seeking detail-oriented Packaging Operators to perform the inspection, labeling, and packaging of medical products. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure all products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package finished products.

• Follow packaging procedures and quality specifications.

• Inspect products and packaging materials for defects.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch records, and inventory counts.

• Perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Assist with inventory counting as needed.

• Keep the work area and equipment clean.

• Follow safety procedures, including personal protective equipment (PPE) and gowning requirements.

• Handle cleaning materials and waste according to safety guidelines.

• Participate in daily safety discussions and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience.

• Ability to read and understand written instructions and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic mathematical skills.

• Good documentation and organizational skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM.

• Four weeks of first-shift training from 6:00 AM 2:30 PM before transitioning to the second shift.

• Must be flexible and available to work overtime as needed.

• Must be willing to follow all safety and quality procedures.

• Background check must be fully cleared before starting.

• No drug screening required.
