Operator 2, Machine

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Columbus, Ne

Pay Range: 20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform routine production duties including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while working under direct supervision.
• Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM), including weekends, with flexibility for overtime as needed.
