About the Role

Join a dynamic warehouse team as an Operator 2, where your skills and dedication drive operational excellence. This full-time, Monday-Friday role (11 AM - 7:30 PM) involves hands-on material handling in a fast-paced environment. Earn a competitive pay rate of $17.50/hour while gaining valuable experience with state-of-the-art equipment and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, power trucks, conveyors, and handcarts to transport materials and finished goods across the warehouse
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory, and materials movement
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and quality guidelines
• Execute routine warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and staging products for shipping
• Perform basic math calculations and complete required documentation in English
• Ensure work area remains organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Zero to one year of warehouse or related operational experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary equipment certifications
• Basic knowledge of material handling, logistics, or manufacturing processes
• Effective communication and comprehension skills
• General computer proficiency
• Ability to perform in a metrics-driven environment
• Physically capable of lifting/moving over 50 lbs and working in variable temperatures (hot/cold)

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience operating warehouse machinery (forklifts, cranes)
• Exposure to high-volume warehouse environments
• Experience with inventory management systems
