About the Role

Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Operator 2 and play a vital role in our fast-paced logistics operations. As a key member, you will operate forklifts and other machinery to move materials and products, supporting efficient warehouse functionality. This is a hands-on role perfect for experienced warehouse professionals looking for steady work with a leading company.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to transport materials within the warehouse
• Accurately follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Maintain clear records of material movement as required
• Support inventory management and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, including manual lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Perform routine warehouse cleaning and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors through effective communication
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use protective equipment as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or related experience (5 years preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in forklift operation (Forklift Questionnaire required)
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Proficient in basic math and able to interpret written instructions in English
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• General computer proficiency
• Capable of performing physically demanding work in varying temperatures (no AC, limited heating)
• Ability to lift and move objects over 50 lbs

Preferred Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software
