Operator - Agricultural Drainage

Ellingson is hiring an Operator to join their growing team. Ellingson is a stable, family values-based company that specializes in agricultural drainage. (ND: This position will primarily stay with North Dakota, travel Monday-Saturday)

The Operator will be responsible for the following:

• Operates the construction equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications.
• Follow all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude, ability to learn, follow instructions, and show up on time to work every day.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 6 months or more experience in operating an excavator.
• Candidates with CDLs are preferred. On-the-job CDL training is also available.
• Long hours and overtime will be required, especially during our peak production seasons.
• Travel and overnight stay will be required as needed.
