What You'll Do as an Operator Assembler: - Operate manufacturing workstations and associated equipment while following established procedures
- Assist production operators and technicians with product processing and fabrication
- Load small devices into fixtures and equipment
- Perform basic measurements and calculations related to product dimensions and tolerances
- Adjust machines as instructed to meet specifications and maximize yield
- Conduct in-process visual inspections with and without a microscope
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP), maintain accurate documentation, and keep work areas, machines, tools, and equipment clean
What You Need to Bring to the Operator Assembler Role:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of medical device and manufacturing experience
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and accurately document details
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform visual and dimensional inspections
- Ability to use a microscope throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds #OperatorAssemblerJob
