We are looking for candidates to work as Operators in the Machining Department of the Production function.
Job Description:
Carry out production and manufacturing processes,
Operate Wire EDM and CNC milling machines using the NX CAM software,
Prepare CAM programs and set up/workpiece clamping operations,
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of Wire EDM and CNC machines,
Read and interpret technical drawings,
Ensure the regular maintenance and cleanliness of tools, equipment, and materials used,
Work in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Education
Graduate of a Vocational High School or Vocational College with a degree in Machinery, Mold Making, Metal Works, or a related field,
2-5 years of experience operating Wire EDM and CNC milling machines,
Proficient in using the NX CAM software and capable of preparing CAM programs,
Sound knowledge of mold manufacturing processes,
Able to read and interpret technical drawings,
Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc,
Strong manual dexterity, detail-oriented, careful, and meticulous in work execution,
Able to work in a shift-based environment,
Residing or willing to reside on the European side of Istanbul,
For male candidates, no military service obligation.
