Are you a detail-oriented and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as an Operator at our Aurora location. Job Responsibilities:- Accurately and promptly complete all logbooks and other daily record keeping tasks
- Complete required tests and record information for the dryer, distillation, evaporation, boiler chemistry, dehydration, cook, fermentation, and yeast
- Extract samples lab for analysis
- Check enzyme pumps
- Visually inspect and clean fermenters
- Watch grain bins being filled and emptied
- Ensure all areas of the plant are orderly and clean
- Assist in loading trucks and railcars
Working Hours:- Rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of grain handling systems
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team
- Basic computer experience
