Operator I

Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel materials.
• Follow policies and procedures accurately.
• Read, write, and interpret information effectively.
• Operate microscopes comfortably.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience (medical device experience is a plus).
• Must pass an eye exam and color vision test.
• Proficiency in English for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull.
• Must possess visual acuity, including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift or carry items less than 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the medical device manufacturing industry.
