Operator I

Pay Rate: 19.25/hr to 22.83/hr based on experience and shift

Summary:

• Location: Temecula, CA
• 1st shift: 5:00 am – 1:30 pm or 5:00 am – 1:30 pm (Mon - Fri)
• 2nd shift: 2:00 pm- 10:30 pm or 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (Mon - Fri)
• 9/80 schedule (Work 80 hours in 9 days within a 2 week period)

Requirements:

• Must have manufacturing experience (medical experience is a plus)
• Must pass eye exam and color vision test
• Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in training sessions led by an instructor
• Comfortable using microscopes
• Ability to follow policies and procedures
• Ability to read, write, and interpret information
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, or feel
• Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours a day
• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull
• Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds
