Operator

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Gluer Operator. In this role, you'll operate and maintain machinery that folds, glues, and adds windows to packaging cartons.

Schedule/Pay:

• Shift:1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Pay: $19.00/hr.

• Set up and run machines that fold and glue cartons with window cutouts
• Load materials into the machine and keep them feeding properly
• Adjust tracks, glue settings, and sensors as needed
• Monitor the machine during operation and perform quality checks
• Ensure correct placement of glue and windows on each carton
• Stack finished products and prepare them for shipping
• Keep equipment clean and in good working order

• Stable previous work history
• Prior machine operating experience is a MUST
• Set up and minor maintenance on machines
• Mechanical skills
• Basic math skills (Must be able to pass a math test)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
