Job Description

A well-established eye care practice is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Ophthalmologist to join its growing team.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This is a unique opportunity for an Ophthalmologist to join a well-established practice with over 40 years of service and a strong reputation in the community.

The clinical focus includes cataracts and cataract surgery, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye management, including advanced surgical solutions such as Light Adjustable Lens (LAL).

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no evening hours, and Fridays ending at 1 p.m. Compensation has flexibility based on experience plus a relocation package if open to relocation and more!

  • Perform comprehensive ophthalmic examinations and evaluate patients for a variety of eye conditions.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ needs and clinical findings.
  • Provide ongoing patient education regarding eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
  • Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up care as needed.
  • Collaborate with optometrists, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of clinical quality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional healthcare environment.
  • Surgical experience or subspecialty training is welcome, depending on clinical interests and practice needs.

License: Must hold an active, unrestricted Medical License
