Operations Project Manager Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company

• Lead and manage operational projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Visio, and Word to track performance metrics, develop reports, and create process documentation.
• Drive project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource coordination.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Support change management activities and adoption strategies.

Core Skills:

• 4-8 years of professional experience in project or operations management roles.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Demonstrated success managing operations or programs in large enterprise environments.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other Project Management certifications are highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with leading tech companies such as Microsoft or Google is highly regarded.

Competitive Salary: Approximately $162,000 - $183,000 annually, based on a $65-$75 per hour rate.
