Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Sourcing Analysts to identify, qualify, and introduce high-potential investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is a certified contractor role, not employment. Analysts operate independently, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts will:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary deals

• Facilitate introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Earn success-based compensation on closed deals

• Build a verified track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already positioned near deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s network of investors and sponsors

• Provide high-level context: asset type, deal structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions and early diligence handoffs (analysts do not underwrite or model deals)

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved according to sourcing experience and credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Compensation is success-based only

• Typical earnings: $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Paid upon transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role

• No earning caps for consistently high-quality deal flow

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

No cold pitching or blind outreach: all deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
