Job Description:
The TREEO Center is seeking an individual to work 25–30 hours per week providing customer service and technical support to students enrolled in our non-credit programs. This position also provides clerical and building support, including setting up classrooms and hands-on workstations, shipping course materials, and preparing class rosters and sign-in sheets.
We are looking for an individual who can work approximately 5–6 hours per day, preferably spread over 4–5 days per week, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (flexible schedule). The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and provide customer service and basic technical support to students in our various non-credit programs.
Support program coordinators by preparing course materials, including sign-in sheets, name tags, and class rosters.
Set up classrooms with manuals, microscopes, hands-on workstations, and other training materials, and assist with cleanup following courses.
Assist with data entry and reporting.
Provide general clerical and office support as needed.
Expected Salary:
$16 /hour
Required Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Customer service experience.
Ability to prioritize work and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Candidates must also be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
