Join a business dedicated to serving the Ridgewood community. As an Optical Sales Representative, you’ll be a key part of our sales team, helping customers choose the right eyewear while delivering top-notch service. You’ll focus on building relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, work closely with a team, and play a role in strengthening our community-focused brand. In this role, you’ll help customers look and feel their best while improving their vision, build your sales and customer service skills, and contribute to a goal-driven environment.

  • Drive Sales: Help customers find the perfect eyewear and lenses while meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Deliver Service: Provide personalized and friendly customer service to ensure every customer feels valued.
  • Build Relationships: Foster connections with customers to create loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Learn and Adapt: Develop knowledge about products and services while adjusting to customer needs.
  • Support a Variety of Customers: Assist individuals from different backgrounds and with unique preferences.
  • Master Tools: Use tools to stay organized, maintain outreach, and follow up with clients.

  • Retail Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred.

  • Have experience (preferred) with optical sales systems or similar tools.
  • Be flexible and dependable, with a focus on learning and improving.

Pay: $18–$23/hour + commissions, 401k, paid sick and vacation time
