Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and frames.
Make suggestions on frames and assist patients in choosing the best option for them.
Measure, fit, adjust, and repair eyeglasses.
Assist with frame displays, sales, and daily optical operations.
Explain pricing, insurance, and payment options to the patient thoroughly
Operate under all HIPPA and confidentiality regulations
Qualifications
Previous optical experience preferred, but training is available.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team- oriented environment.
