Take accurate measurements for single vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses. Verify vision insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients. Patient Assistance, adjust/repair frames, and handle optical dispensing. Collaborate with our front desk and doctors to keep the clinic running smoothly.What You Bring 1+ years of experience in an optical or optometry setting (preferred). Warm, friendly energy with a passion for customer service. Strong multi-tasking skills and comfort using electronic health record (EHR)software. Reliability and willingness to work Saturdays.
