What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive eye care services, including examinations and vision therapy
• Manage general cases within a hospital-based FQHC clinic
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Work with a new clinic that serves an unspecified patient volume, with initial EMR training and shadowing
• Communicate effectively with diverse patient populations, ideally speaking Spanish
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient encounters
• Adhere to all facility protocols and standards for quality care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Pennsylvania State License or eligibility
• DEA certification
• Minimum 2 years of clinical optometry experience
• Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred
• Ability to pass credentialing process (up to 90 days)

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital or FQHC settings
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Drive-in candidates are encouraged
