The Opportunity

FYidoctors USA is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our FYidoctors team in Los Angeles. This position is shared across our Sun Valley, Northridge, and Burbank clinics, giving you the opportunity to serve diverse patient communities while working alongside supportive, established teams. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Diagnose and manage ocular conditions, including contact lens and low-vision cases
• Develop personalized prescriptions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with clinic teams to provide a seamless patient experience
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic patient records
• Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including a significant Medicaid patient base

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution
• Active California optometry license; Medicaid credentialing is preferred
• At least one to two years of clinical experience
• Confidence working independently and contributing within a team environment
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Spanish-language skills are an asset but are not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time schedule shared across FYidoctors Sun Valley, Northridge, and Burbank
• Some evening and Saturday availability required
• Approximately 10-18 patients per day (depending on location), with 20-minute examinations
• Competitive compensation starting at $500 per day, plus a production bonus
