We are looking to find someone to join our team in a busy optometric practice in Nesconset. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to answering phones, scheduling patients, verifying insurance coverage, entering data into computers, greeting patients, processing paperwork, filing patient records and verifying appointments. Applicant will also be cross trained in pre-testing, ancillary testing, and working with instructing contact lens patients.
Traits we are looking for include: Having excellent people skills, being enthusiastic, being punctual, being honest and reliable, and having excellent communication skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. We will train as part of your job but prior experience is a plus! Please email your resume & list of references (if available).
