    Step into a leadership role at Sandia Vision Clinic as a Satellite Office Manager for our Nob Hill location. If you are motivated by leadership, team development, and making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career in a stable and growing organization. , Skills / Requirements: Proven leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and manage multiple priorities effectively Positive, professional presence with a strong service mindset Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and operational software Ability to adapt, lead through change, and maintain a solutions-oriented approach Growth mindset with a proactive approach to improving systems, team performance, and overall business results Experience in optometry, healthcare, or medical office management is strongly preferred, but not required.Spanish language skills are a plus. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED) Management experience: 2 years (REQUIRED) Sales of High End Retail experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Details Work Location: Nob Hill location primarily, but required to spend time in both Work Remotely: No Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee discounts , Job Duties May Include (not all inclusive): Lead daily operations of the Nob Hill location, ensuring efficient clinic flow and a high-quality patient experience. Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations and service standards, including yourself Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff in collaboration with leadership Monitor key performance metrics (schedule utilization, patient experience, optical performance, etc.) and drive improvements Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions-focused culture within the team Address patient concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and workflow optimization Collaborate with doctors and leadership on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities Identify opportunities to improve systems, efficiency, and overall office performance
