Requirements:
• Provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Serve as the OR Circulator, ensuring patient safety and advocacy.
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform pre-operative assessments, including vital signs and medical history documentation.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures in collaboration with medical staff.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring and patient education.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and standards.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in an Operating Room or similar procedural setting.
• Active NJ RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
