Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Administrator with strong expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud (Source-to-Pay – STP). This role focuses on providing L2/L3 production support, ensuring stability of procurement operations, and enhancing system performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and system issues with root cause analysis
- Support end-to-end Source-to-Pay (STP) processes including requisitions, purchase orders, agreements, and receiving
- Manage procurement-to-payables workflows and supplier interactions
- Monitor and support integrations (FBDI, APIs, OIC, middleware), including job execution and error resolution
- Maintain and enhance runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation
- Support approvals, controls, and role-based security configurations
- Participate in Oracle quarterly updates, testing, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Finance, and IT
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (STP) lifecycle and requisition-to-purchase processes
- Hands-on experience in production support (L2/L3 support model)
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and transaction flows across Procurement and Payables
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in direct materials procurement within manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with supplier onboarding and master data synchronization
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Experience with OTBI or BI Publisher reporting
