As an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Solution Architect, you will:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience delivering Oracle ERP solutions, including significant experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
5+ years leading large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programs as a Solution Architect, Lead Functional Architect, or Senior Functional Lead.
Deep functional expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Expenses
Tax
Financial Reporting
Revenue Management
Proven experience designing enterprise-wide finance transformation solutions across complex organizations.
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, solution design sessions, and strategic roadmap discussions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $160,000 - $225,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750 - $303,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
