Pay Range: $44.86hr - $49.86hr

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ, including user experience and an understanding of business processes. This role is vital for requirement gathering and facilitating communication between stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate is expected to work hours that at least partially align with Mountain Time in the US, enabling collaboration with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, serving as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements.
  • Document and communicate requirements to development teams.
  • Support the product owner in refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Focus on detailed analysis and documentation of business requirements, aiding both product owners and technical teams in understanding and translating business needs.
  • Provide tactical support for Oracle CPQ, including attending daily calls to groom and clarify requirements, monitor progress, and drive technical results.
  • Filter Aha suggestions and conduct intake calls to refine requirements.
  • Write business requirements from Aha for CPQ development.
  • Answer questions from technical teams regarding requirements in development.
  • Test enhancements to ensure they meet BRD and user story needs.
  • Draft release notes.
  • Verify that releases to production are complete and correct.
  • Participate in the pilot project to implement CSS Quoting Process 2.0.
  • Drive enhancements to the Aspose Proposal Generation Tool.
