Title- Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst Duration: Contract to hire Location: Hybrid 3 days per week on-site in Pittsburgh, PA
Job Description: company has an immediate opening for an Oracle Data Warehouse Analyst. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelors degree from an accredited institution, 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, 2+ years of data warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse and strong proficiency in writing/executing PL/SQL.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors
Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance to the developer teams. Ensure that all system development, change control standards and compliance processes are followed
Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues, technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams
Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up to date
Manage small to large-scale projects working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage and track project schedules, monitor budgets, identify risks, and communicate clearly with partners from across the company
Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements in individual or cross-functional areas of responsibilities for continuous optimization of support and testing
Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps
Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, audit, disaster recovery and various support documentations
Pursue continuous learning consistent with the movement in the job requirements and changes in technology
Education :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution - Required
Experience Required:
Information Technology experience - 5+ years
PL/SQL - writing and executing - strong proficiency
Data Warehousing in an Oracle data warehouse - 2+ years
Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules - Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement - Preferred
Project Management experience- Preferred
