Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Architect or Solution Architect.

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS.

• 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Fixed Assets (FA)

  • Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS)

  • Oracle Projects

  • Related financial web services

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Architect or Solution Architect.

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS.

• 3+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and related financial web services.

Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes.

• Ability to lead requirements workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specifications.

• Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and Oracle Financials best practices.

• Experience reviewing and validating Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows, and end-to-end solution designs.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in data migration tools and methods, including:

  • File-Based Data Import (FBDI)

  • Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFdi)

  • HCM Data Loader (HDL)

  • Spreadsheet-based data migration

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PaaS extensions, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and ERP Cloud integrations.

• Strong reporting skills using OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models.

• Hands-on experience designing and developing integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces.

• Ability to review and author Technical Design Documents (TDDs), technical architecture documents, and integration specifications.

Project Lifecycle and Support

• Support the complete project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

• Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical areas.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.

Generic Managerial Skills

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

• Experience supporting projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and development through deployment and stabilization.

• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive solution delivery.
