Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Functional Lead to drive the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Order Management solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping modules, along with experience leading implementations, enhancements, and support initiatives.
- This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, customer service teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable solutions that improve order-to-cash processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, design, plan, configure, and deliver Oracle EBS solutions within Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping functional areas.
- Lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Partner with business and customer service organizations to support order management transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement functional solutions and support data conversion activities.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and communicate outcomes to leadership.
- Analyze business and transactional data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle Order Management and Advanced Pricing processes.
- Mentor team members and provide functional leadership throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop functional specifications, solution documentation, and process workflows.
- Support production issues, enhancements, and ongoing optimization efforts.

- Experience leading Oracle EBS projects and working directly with business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
