Oracle SCM QA

• Own end‐to‐end QA delivery including test strategy, test planning, and execution for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, end‐to‐end, and regression testing to ensure consistent quality across releases.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using enterprise defect management tools and drive issues to closure.
• Partner with onshore stakeholders to clarify requirements, raise risks early, and escalate issues effectively.
• Coordinate daily execution with offshore teams ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and progress.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation across systems using SQL or equivalent methods.
• Support release readiness activities including upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and feature rollouts.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, documentation, and operational rigor.
