JOB TITLE: Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant

CLIENT/INDUSTRY: Client Consumer Goods Client

LOCATION: Hybrid/Remote with travel to Austin, Minnesota

TRAVEL: Travel to Austin, Minnesota during client workshops, approximately every other week. Specific trip duration and expense reimbursement are still to be confirmed.

START DATE: September 8, 2026

INITIAL DURATION: 8 weeks, with a highly likely extension for up to 1 year

BILL RATE: $115 $125/hour

WORK AUTHORIZATION: Candidates must possess valid authorization to work in the United States. There are no additional citizenship or permanent-residency restrictions.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Consultant to support analytics-focused workstreams for a consumer goods client. The consultant will lead requirements-gathering and user-story prioritization activities related to supply chain data, reporting, and analytics.

This is a hands-on, client-facing consulting role requiring strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM expertise, particularly within the Costing and Inventory modules. The consultant must be comfortable leading stakeholder workshops, translating business needs into functional requirements, and partnering with technical teams to align analytics deliverables with business priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead requirements-gathering and user-story prioritization workshops with client stakeholders.

• Identify, document, and prioritize supply chain analytics and reporting requirements.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

• Provide functional expertise across Oracle SCM Costing and Inventory.

• Partner with data, analytics, and technical teams to align proposed solutions with functional business priorities.

• Present findings, recommendations, requirements, and solution options directly to client stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions across business and technical teams.

• Work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Participate in onsite client workshops in Austin, Minnesota, approximately every other week.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Costing and Inventory.

• Demonstrated experience leading requirements-gathering, prioritization, or user-story workshops.

• Experience translating supply chain business requirements into functional specifications.

• Strong understanding of supply chain data and reporting requirements.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to serve in a client-facing consulting capacity.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to travel to Austin, Minnesota, approximately every other week during workshop periods.

• Valid authorization to work in the United States.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting supply chain analytics or reporting initiatives.

• General experience with data warehousing or analytics platforms.

• Prior consulting experience supporting enterprise clients.

• Consumer goods industry experience.
