Oracle Transportation Management Lead

job description-
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with at least 8 years in a lead role.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including Planning, Execution, Freight Payment, and Settlement
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and translate them into OTM functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and customize OTM components including automation agents, screen sets, workflows, and user roles.
• Manage and coordinate a team of OTM functional and technical consultants/developers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for OTM capabilities and best practices.
• Drive testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT with business users.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.
• Work with integration teams to connect OTM with ERP (Oracle EBS/Cloud), WMS, and third-party logistics systems.
• Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, and knowledge base content.
• Strong functional understanding of global transportation processes across multiple modes (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air).
• Proven experience in OTM configurations, automation agents, business rules, and screen set management.
• Good knowledge of OTM data structures and reporting tools.
• Experience integrating OTM with Oracle EBS/Cloud, WMS, and third-party logistics systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
