Oral Surgeon

Wave Dental Specialists is seeking a motivated Oral Surgeon to join our modern, growing multispecialty dental clinic in Buckhead (Atlanta, GA). This is an excellent opportunity to build and lead the oral surgery program within a collaborative, referral-driven practice. 

Practice Location: Wave Dental Specialists Atlanta: 2285 Peachtree Rd NE Unit 203, Atlanta, GA 30309

Schedule:

• Flexible, part-time, leading to full-time.
• Office is currently open Tue to Fri 7am-3pm.

Practice Highlights: 

• Modern, 7-operatory facility with a dedicated surgical suite.
• PPO/FFS practice. No Medicaid.
• Established referral network through four general dentistry offices across Greater Atlanta, plus external referrals.
• Advanced technology, including CBCT and iTero.
• IV sedation trained assistants for Oral Surgeon.
• Multispecialty practice with a general dentist and periodontist, with plans to add an endodontist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform oral surgery procedures and patient consultations.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, including IV sedation.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to deliver comprehensive care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 40–50% of adjusted production, depending on experience and agreement.
• Daily Guarantee: $1000-1500 per day
• W-2 benefits: Health and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and $1,000 annual CE allowance.
• Sign-on Bonus: Potential $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus; relocation assistance negotiable.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia dental license (or willingness to apply)
• Active Georgia anesthesia permit (or willingness to apply)
