Orange County - IP Litigation Associate (Judicial Clerk)

Kirkland's Orange County office is accepting applications from law clerks for intellectual property litigation associate positions to start in 2026 and 2027. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Prior intellectual property, technology, or economics experience preferred.

Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position and the experience and education of the applicant and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $390,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
