Position: Team Member

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt, smoothies, shakes, and other menu items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Restock toppings, supplies, and products throughout the shift.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process guest transactions.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
