Key Responsibilities of the Order Entry Specialist:

Convert sales order forms into manufacturer quotes and confirm that the quoted details match the requested configuration
The Order Entry Specialist will enter pricing and order details accurately into internal systems to support correct pricing and processing
Coordinate with sales teams and vendors to resolve questions and confirm buildable wheelchair configurations
The Order Entry Specialist will monitor order progress and follow up to prevent orders from sitting idle

Must-Have Skills/Experience of the Order Entry Specialist:

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency with Outlook and the ability to navigate multiple web-based systems
The Order Entry Specialist must have excellent communication skills
