Order Fulfillment

The Wagyu Shop is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team! We are family owned and proud to work closely with vendors, customers, and our internal team to provide the highest quality meat and the most trusted customer service.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Order Fulfillment Specialist who takes pride in accuracy, food safety, and keeping a fast-paced warehouse running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and verify customer orders according to packing slips.
• Inspect all products before shipment to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Package orders using the proper amount of dry ice and insulation to maintain product integrity during transit.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Organize freezers, shelves, and pallet storage to maximize efficiency and product accessibility.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock or discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Assist with receiving shipments, stocking inventory, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement, solve problems proactively, and support teammates wherever needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in freezer and refrigerated environments for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus but not required.

 Schedule: Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm
