Order Processing: Accurately enter and track customer purchase orders, price quotes, and component requests using ERP and CRM platforms.
Client Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact for customer accounts, addressing inquiries regarding order status, lead times, and pricing details.
Order Verification: Review incoming purchase orders to confirm accuracy in pricing, item specifications, and delivery terms.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with engineering, production, inventory, shipping, and customer-facing teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment.
Parts Fulfillment: Check stock availability, fulfill spare parts requests, and manage outgoing shipment paperwork.
Proactive Monitoring: Identify potential inventory or operational delays early and communicate clear updates to customers.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client communications, order histories, and sales documentation within the system database.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven background supporting order management, customer orders, inside sales, customer service, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Direct experience working with ERP systems and coordinating across production, inventory, shipping, and customer-facing teams is highly preferred.
Sector background in semiconductor equipment, industrial automation, robotics, or high-tech equipment manufacturing is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
Strong attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and professional customer service skills.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Fremont, CA.

Location: Fully on-site in Fremont, CA
