Order Management and Customer Service Representative

Location: Chicago, IL
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Order Management and Customer Service Representative for our logistics industry client to start immediately. Earn up to $20/hr and enjoy comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Provide product and service information to customers and manage customer accounts
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints over damages, shortages, and incorrect items
- Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on inventory status
- Utilize MS Office, network systems, word processing, and spreadsheets for order processing and documentation
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in industrial customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong math skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Spreadsheets)
Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and reporting abilities
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Familiarity with inventory monitoring and order management systems
- Bilingual ability is a plus
