Position Overview for the Order Management Lead:
The Order Fulfillment Lead oversees daily order processing and fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate, timely deliveries while coordinating with customer service teams, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. The role focuses on monitoring operational performance, resolving order issues, maintaining ERP system accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company policies. It also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Required Skills for the Order Management Lead:

  • 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, customer relations, or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of O2C processes, including order management, claims, returns, and customer service
  • Experience managing outsourced service providers, BPO teams, and third-party logistics partners
  • Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems, including SAP, Oracle, Excel, and Power BI
  • Proven experience in process improvement and compliance, preferably within the CPG or pharmaceutical industry
