**Role:** IBM Sterling OMS Technical Lead / Senior Developer

**Experience**

- 8-12+ years of experience in IBM Sterling Order Management Suite (OMS).
- Experience implementing, supporting, and integrating Sterling OMS solutions in large eCommerce and Supply Chain environments.
- Experience leading client discussions, requirements gathering, and solution design.

- Develop Sterling OMS customizations including:
- User Exits
- Events
- Agents
- Monitoring Rules
