-Manage project timelines and ensure completion of tasks.
-Compile, verify, and maintain accurate product and SKU data in JDE/SAP for each collection and program.
-Collaborate with graphics, marketing, studio, pricing, and product management teams to prepare layouts, back-printing, and publication files.
-Coordinate with production team and outside vendors to acquire materials, communicate requirements, and oversee production.
-Review and proof all materials for accuracy prior to final publication.
-Track inventory, reconcile components, and support cost roll-up processes with purchasing and accounting.
-Partner with Marketing and Studio teams to meet sales and key account needs.
-All other duties as assigned.
-High proficiency with MS Office, Excel, JDE or SAP
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills
