Order Picker (1st Shift)

Versa Group is hiring an Order Picker (1st Shift) in Tampa, FL. We offer full-time and part-time positions with pay of $21–$24 per hour. No warehouse experience is needed. We welcome beginners and provide paid training.

Duties

• Pick apparel items from shelves.
• Match products to order lists.
• Check sizes, colors, and quantities.
• Scan items before shipment.
• Move orders to packing stations.
• Refill picking locations.
• Keep warehouse aisles organized.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for long periods.
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Able to follow safety guidelines.
• Willing to work with a team.
