Order Picker – $18/Hour

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: 5:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Thursday + OT on Fridays as needed

Order Picker – Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a Yale order picker
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively
• Consistent punctuality and strong work ethic

Order Picker – Position Summary

The Order Picker is responsible for high-volume material picking from gravity flow racking using a Yale order picker. This role requires accuracy, speed, and attention to detail when retrieving products for staging, kitting, and order fulfillment. Frequent use of RF scanners is required to maintain inventory accuracy and support an efficient workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Order Picker – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a Yale order picker to retrieve materials from gravity flow racking
• Accurately pick, scan, and stage products according to order requirements
• Follow pick lists and production schedules to meet deadlines
• Use RF scanners to track materials and maintain accurate inventory updates
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure orders are completed on time
• Assist with restocking and organizing racking as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other material handling and warehouse duties as assigned
