Order Processing/Planning/Scheduling

Order Entry:Enter and check orders for complete job specifications based on price lists/quotes/estimates. Work with Customer Service and Estimating for any alterations to quotes needed after review. Will learn full knowledge of production process and requires capability to enter jobs accurately.Requires good data entry skills, math skills, spelling acuity and memory retention. Ability to work cordially with others.Relay any questions or concerns to the Customer. Must be able to correspond in a coherent and knowledgeable manner.Make order changes to jobs in process upon request if it is possible to make the change.Allocate time and materials required for the job. Check with Purchasing for any items not available in inventory.Schedule orders in Excel program and update schedule for previous day's production.Familiarity with Excel and basic program formulas would be advantageous.Needs to be organized, a self-starter and able to re-prioritize workload throughout the day.Position included health insurance options, including medical, dental and vision as well as supplemental insurance options. PTO and 401k with company match.Compensation starting at $16-18, upward based on experience.Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
