Order Processing Representative
Pay Rate: Up to $22.85 per hour, W 2
Duration: 4+ Month Contract 
Work Mode: 100% onsite in Sacramento, but will consider hybrid or remote candidates with UCC, lien, and litigation searching experience

Responsibilities:

• Gain proficiency with RASI systems and protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with team members by providing team support.
• Conduct UCC/lien & litigation searches, preparing and reviewing reports.
• Document retrievals from CA Secretary of State or other agencies.
• Work on various projects and administrative tasks to support UCC Team goals.
• May be asked to help with Service of Process intake and handling.

Requirements:

• Enhanced communication skills: Ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Organizational skills: Must be able to multi-task, accept directions well, possess a strong attention to detail, and manage time efficiently.
• Intermediate level skills with MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
• Efficient working with Adobe Acrobat.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UCC/lien/litigation services is a plus.
