Job Description
The Order Processing Specialist is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) position primarily responsible for physical inventory handling, receiving stock, packing and shipping orders to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment. While primary focus is centered on hands-on warehouse and inventory management tasks, minimal computer usage is involved to assist with basic tracking and order updates.
Job Responsibilities
● Pick/Pack/Ship finished goods for domestic and international shipments
● Print and apply labels for manufactured components
● Assemble completed component into finished goods and stock in inventory management system
● Identify and locate materials using our automated systems

Qualifications
● Minimum 1 - 3 years’ work experience.
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
● Exceptional attention to detail and strong commitment to timeliness.
● Preferably with prior work experience in this area.
● Basic familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
