Order Processor to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous order entry experience who is available to
start immediately.
What we offer:- Position: Order Processor
- Location: Commack, NY
- Pay: Up to $25/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday: 845 am-5 pm
Order Processor Responsibilities:
- Process and enter sales orders through the sales portal and EDI using an ERP/order management system, verifying order accuracy and inventory availability.
- Review customer and order information to ensure all details are complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, expected shipping dates, and potential delays.
- Create, update, and maintain item numbers, product information, and pricing within the ERP system.
- Complete daily end-of-day invoicing and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and provide administrative support to the Order Department.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company catalog numbers, products, descriptions, and related order information.
Order Processor Qualifications:- Experience with AS400 is preferred
- At least 1 year of order entry experience
- Experience processing orders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
